Why Brady Psychiatry?

Brady Psychiatry was founded out of frustration with corporate healthcare.
Montana Brady spent years working in both inpatient psychiatric hospitals and outpatient clinics, watching bright, intelligent clinicians get burned out by corporate productivity metrics. He saw patients fall through cracks because no one was really listening. He observed psychiatric practices operate like pill mills, churning through patients every 15 minutes.

The breaking point? Patients kept saying: “No one ever listens to me.”

That’s not okay. And it’s not necessary.

Brady Psychiatry exists to prove that psychiatric care can be different. We’re small. We’re selective. We take time. We listen first, assess second, and never treat you like a number.

We hear you.

Core Values

Everything we do is rooted in four commitments:

1. Listening First

We take the time to truly understand each patient, because effective care starts with being heard.

2. Personalized, Thoughtful Care

Mental health care should be approachable and available. We prioritize clear communication, timely access, and ongoing support.

3. Accessible & Responsive Care

Mental health care should be approachable and available. We prioritize clear communication, timely access, and ongoing support.

4. Clinical Integrity

We practice evidence-based care with intention, prescribing thoughtfully and never compromising quality for volume.

5. Progress, Clarity, and Hope

We help patients move forward with clarity and confidence, focusing on meaningful, sustainable improvement over time.

Our Treatment Philosophy

We believe in partnership, not prescription.
Medication can be a powerful tool in mental health treatment. But it’s not the only tool. And it’s not a substitute for listening, understanding, and tailoring care to the individual.

Here’s how we approach treatment:

First, we listen

We take time to understand your history, what brought you to us, and what you've already tried.

Second, we assess

We use evidence-based screening tools to understand what's happening clinically.

Third, we partner

We discuss options (medication, therapy referral, lifestyle changes, etc.) and decide together what's right for you.

Finally, we support

We monitor your progress, adjust treatment as needed, and stay connected.
